Our Story
Organic Kitchen School was born from a simple observation: most people genuinely want to eat better, but they lack the knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes. Our founder, Agnieszka Lewandowska, spent years researching evidence-based approaches to nutrition and realized that the missing ingredient was not willpower—it was education.
In 2015, Agnieszka began hosting intimate cooking gatherings in her home kitchen in Lublin, teaching friends and neighbors how to prepare whole-food meals that taste amazing and nourish the body deeply. What started as casual evenings evolved into a structured curriculum informed by nutritional science, culinary expertise, and years of personal experimentation.
Today, Organic Kitchen School has expanded into a comprehensive online learning platform, reaching students across Poland and beyond who are hungry for practical knowledge, real recipes, and a supportive community committed to eating well.
Our Mission & Values
Empower Through Knowledge
We believe that understanding where food comes from, how it's grown, and how to prepare it skillfully transforms not just individual health but entire household cultures. Education is the foundation of lasting change.
Nourish Holistically
Healthy eating is not about restriction or perfection. We teach an inclusive approach that celebrates whole foods, seasonal rhythms, and the pleasure of cooking and sharing meals with loved ones.
Respect Nature & Community
Organic, sustainable food systems support both personal vitality and planetary health. We connect students with local farmers, seasonal wisdom, and the values of conscious consumption.

Whether you're completely new to the kitchen, looking to eat more whole foods, navigating dietary preferences, or simply seeking to improve your well-being through eating, you'll find relevant, accessible content. Our students range from busy parents to retirees, from food enthusiasts to those recovering from years of restrictive dieting approaches.
Organic Kitchen School combines culinary skill-building with evidence-based nutritional education, grounded in a philosophy of pleasure and inclusivity rather than restriction. We focus on whole foods, seasonal eating, and practical kitchen techniques rather than quick fixes or extreme approaches. Our content is created by actual practitioners—a chef, a food scientist, and educators—not distant corporations. We also build community, recognizing that lasting change happens alongside others, not in isolation.
Our recipe library is diverse and intentionally inclusive. You'll find recipes that are naturally plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, and more—but we never approach food from a place of deprivation. We teach principles so you can adapt recipes to your needs, budget, and preferences. We also honor the reality that most people eat flexibly, and our content reflects that without judgment.
All of our educational content is available online through our website and digital learning platform. You can access articles, video recipes, downloadable guides, and community forums from any device with an internet connection. Our content is designed to be consumed at your own pace—there are no rigid deadlines, so you can move through material when it fits your schedule.
